The holidays are in full swing, but finding desserts for everyone isn’t the easiest task. Luckily, we’ve got a vegan friendly and gluten free (if you omit the wheat germ) treat that will satisfy everyone!
1 c. Rice Crisp cereal
1 c. Dark (dairy-free) chocolate chips
1 c. Crunchy Peanut Butter
¾ c. Wheat Germ
¼ c. Maple Syrup
Place all ingredients except for chocolate into a bowl and mix. Form into bite size balls and place on a cookie sheet. Place cookie sheet in the freezer for 15-20 mins. Once your peanut butter balls are firm, melt your chocolate and get to dipping! Once your treats are dipped, place them back onto a cookie sheet and back into the freezer to store! Crunchy, peanut buttery and chocolately. What more could you want?
