There’s no denying the super power of Acai Berries and if you’ve ever had a mixed acai bowl, you’ll know that they’re beyond delicious and a bit addictive. Granola mixed with acai, peanut butter and almond milk – what’s not to like? Read on to see how I made a copy cat version of my favorite treat.
Ingredients:
1/2 an overripe banana
2 Sambazon Smoothie packets
2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1/4 cup of almond milk
1/8 cup of coconut shavings
1/4 cup of granola
Directions:
Blend everything but the granola together until smooth. Once you have the consistency you’d like pour half of the mixture into a bowl then layer half of the granola into the bowl and finish up with the rest of the smoothie. Finally sprinkle the remaining granola on top of the bowl and enjoy! You can also choose to use some of the bananas, coconut shavings or even add other fruits as garnish.
