Green Cocktails on St. Patrick’s Day

by Leesa Raab

Everyone knows that St. Patrick’s Day centers around endless libations, beers and barhopping with friends and family, but aside from the obvious green themed cocktails (listed below), wanted to propose drinking responsibly and truly “GREEN” with Caliche rum cocktails.  Caliche rum’s distillery is the greenest in the Caribbean. The waste reclamation program not only allows Caliche to maximize their production capacity, it provides valuable energy return and cost reductions in the form of Biogas, electricity, service water, and industrial products that they can sell to other businesses.  All this while they do what’s best for the vibrant ecosphere of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Sea.
