Cauliflower has become the most trending vegetables in the recent year. Typically perceived as the less colorful, less delicious cousin of broccoli, cauliflower was usually boiled and served plain, as a side dish. But its reputation couldn’t be more different now. Cauliflower is a member of the cabbage family, placing it alongside vegetables like broccoli, mustard, parsnip, radish, and watercress. It’s extremely low in carbs and fat, but high in fiber and vitamin C. It also has the texture of a starch, which makes it extremely versatile as a substitute for less healthy ingredients. And speaking of versatile – we love grabbing a cauliflower flatbread and adding a delicious and healthy topping for a meal or even a snack!
Here are our favorite toppings :
- Olive oil
- Minced Garlic
- A small red bell pepper, sliced
- Broccoli florets
- Small red onion, sliced

- Tomatoes
- Pesto sauce (a favorite!)
- Goat cheese or any cheese you like!
We’ve decided there’s no end to the amazing versatility of what you can do with a cauliflower flatbread! The possibilities of what you can add are endless! Leave us a comment and let us know how you enjoy it.
