Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax Movie Premier and Seventh Generation Giveaway
This past Friday, the popular children’s book by Dr. Seuss, The Lorax, was brought to life on the big screen in a 3D-CG feature film produced by Universal Pictures. The story is about a young boy named Ted, played by Zac Efron, who aims to win over the affections of the girl of his dreams, Ashley, played by Taylor Swift. To do this, Ted must discover The Lorax and help Ashley to find a real tree, something that no longer exists in the town of Thneed-Ville. Danny DeVito plays the Lorax, a grumpy yet charming creature who fights to protect his world and preserve the Truffula Trees from getting chopped down. Also starring in the movie are Betty White, Ed Helms and Rob Riggle. We won’t spoil the movie for you, but we will tell you that it’s a great story about conservation and the changing world around us and is a must see, especially if you have little ones at home.
