I had the same experience. I was induced with my first and after four hours of pushing and vomiting, she finally came out. I was close to needing a c-section. 21 months later, I went into labor with my son and did most of the work at home(unbeknownst to me). My son was born a mere twenty minutes after arriving at the hospital. Needless to say, this was completely natural. I was out and about within an hour and even changed my own sheets on the hospital bed. I felt great and healed quickly. Another twenty one months later I has my second daughter, also naturally. This one came so quickly she was born in the car on our way to the hospital. Healing was even quicker this time around and since she was smaller than the other two, I didn't even have any tearing. My recommendation based on my own experiences would be to- if possible, let nature take it's course. If you absolutely don't have to be induced, don't.

Construction Set is a particular product – it is based on patented Lock-system fixing technique that allows tight connections of separate pieces. Children can follow their imagination to create a variety of objects like log houses, cars, robots, airplanes or countless other creations from their mind. VARIS constructor design is based on traditional log building techniques and enables your child to understand the art of creating interesting objects of different size and shapes.

Needed this today, as I myself am 2 weeks postpartum. I hope you can find your yoga in everything and not just your body or physical strength, while on your way to getting it back.

My dayghter was born in the birthing pool at home, as I caught the baby in the water her skin was very slippery, as I held her out of the water I thought she had some sort of dermatatis, I just breastfed her almost straight away ( well she cried first:) ) and had to wait for the midwife for 20mn (she missed the birth !!!), I knew about the vernix but thought that was a very fine layer of easy wipeable kind of lubricant, but what had my daughter was so thick that I believed it was her skin and she looked a bit like a lezard...I loved her anyway..It wasn't nice but it was the best creamy texture I never touched ..My midwife arrived and told me that was the vernix...I, of, course didn't give her a bath for the first week or so...oh! baby....

Wow, so this yoga practice was focused on compliments, overachievement and judging your body.

In other words, "me, me, me" and the illusion of who you think you are.

But congratulations on being able to celebrate your body again. I think.

(This is what the Western world has done in many cases to yoga.)
