I have a question.. you say no juice, but what about juice from a juicer? IE vegetable and fruit juiced... I prefer this over store bought juice.

Many physical therapists specialize in pilates and incorporate it into their approach to treatment. There are many continuing education classes in pilates targeted at physical therapists. The benefits of building a strong core are particularly important for patients with low back injuries. The pilates approach has helped many patients with various types of injuries and conditions through the recovery process.

I've been using the larger Takeya water bottle (got it at REI) for several months now. It feels nice to drink from a glass bottle after using plastic for so many years. I usually use it for clean water with a few drops of sole (saturated Himalayan salt water), and I'm good to go. The rubber helps keep it safe - which proved itself after being dropped 5 feet onto my hardwood floor. No breakage!!

The attached clip is incredibly convenient. I got a carabiner to attach it to the loop on my backpack. so handy! I highly recommend this bottle. It's also stylish with the design.
